Is there a cable dog run suitable for large dogs?
I have one for my medium dog and it works great, is there a larger, stronger run suitable for large, strong dogs? Please provide links or actual products, I have already been to several stores. I do not want a tie-out, he will just dig it up, I would like something that I can anchor into trees or something that he can't break lose from. We have open property so I have a kennel for him but he needs to get some more exercise during the day while I am at work. Thanks!
Answer: I used to use these for some of my dogs and found that the ready made ones from pet or discount stores weren't strong enough. You would be better off to buy the hardware to make your own. You will want coated cable, a pulley, cable clamps, swivel snaps and eye bolts.
